Yoga balances me and keeps me grounded when life gets a little crazy!  It reminds me to pause, breathe, and find stillness—something I had been forgetting to do for most of my life.

I discovered the gift of yoga in 2003, at a prenatal class when I was pregnant with my son.  I fell in love with the practice and the way it made me feel connected and at peace with my changing body. I felt inspired to share this gift with others, so in 2009 I completed 200-hour yoga teacher training under the wisdom and guidance of Karen Quinn (Feel Better Yoga).  Then, in 2015 I completed another 300 hours of training with the wonderful mentors at Samadhi Yoga Denver.  Over the years I’ve studied with many great teachers around the world, always thirsting for more knowledge and experience —but my greatest teachers have always been my students.

I teach both Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga, with each class reflecting the many influences and insights I’ve gathered along the way. My classes are designed to be supportive and inclusive, with a focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and self-exploration.  My intention is to always offer a creative and unique experience that reflects the hearts and minds of all who are present.

My newest passion has been creating and co-leading international retreats with Rina Coury (since 2025). There is something very special about spending a week somewhere magical with friends doing yoga.

Rina Coury

Rina has been teaching yoga for over 30 years. Her parents introduced her to yoga as a young girl, and she appreciated the strength, flexibility, and peace that cultivated on and off the mat.

Rina’s brings a certain playfulness to her classes. She will have you giggling your way into savasana!

When she is not teaching yoga she enjoys travelling, hiking, skiing, raising chickens, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.
