Its officially spooky season!  Halloween is my favorite holiday, and if you haven’t taken a Halloween yoga class with me, you are missing a ghoul time!  From the playlist to the poses, and even some unusual pranayama, it’s a chance to get a little silly.  Why should the kids have all of the fun?  Join me at Rishi’s Community Yoga, October 31st at 9am, costumes encouraged!  Then stick around for cider and treats!.

Happy Halloween

Yin & Vibration

Join Melissa Gray and Kinzie Ramirez for a sacred pause. In this 90 minute session we will explore Nada yoga, the ancient practice of unity with sound, vibration, and listening.

Kinzie will be playing crystal bowls, chimes, drums, a gong, and a variety of other instruments as Melissa guides a divine autumn yin practice. You will leave with a deeper awareness of the beautiful symphony within your being and a more profound appreciation for the way your body sings when it is nourished with gentle movement.

You can expect long held, low to the ground postures with an emphasis on tension relief through the hips, low back, and shoulders. We look forward to practicing with you!

Monthly Yin Yoga

Next session will be October 18th

This gentle 90-minute practice will focus on long-held, floor-based postures to release tension, especially through the hips, low back, and shoulders. Expect soft lighting, grounding energy, and an invitation to reconnect with your inner stillness.

You may participate in the Yin Yoga class from your home via Zoom.  Just click the button below 10 minutes before class.
